Located in Vilnius, within 2.7 km of Bastion of the Vilnius Defensive Wall and 3.6 km of Gediminas’ Tower, Aerohotel offers accommodation with free WiFi. Built in 2015, the property is within 3.7 km of Museum of Genocide Victims. Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre is 3.8 km from the bed and breakfast and Lithuanian Exhibition and Convention Centre LITEXPO is 4.3 km away.

At the bed and breakfast, rooms are fitted with a wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a hair dryer, while some rooms also boast city views.

A continental breakfast is available daily at the property.

Booking was made over the booking website as this hotel does not have their own website available. To make things more complicated, booking was made 4 hours before arrival and guest arrival was set to 1 AM. As information states that room will be ready at 09:00 AM we contacted hotel by phone. What a surprise, that lady whom answered the phone was not capable to speak English. You can get the feeling ,that she did not even understand what questions where asked. When we talked over about just made booking, she was not informed that such booking was made. Even that payment was made strictly by credit card. Straight before checking the booking details, we where informed what room number we have and that door will be opened and we can go straight in to our room. For the question is there any reception in the hotel, we got the answer that over night there is no reception and the room will be left opened.
Upon arrival there is no staff members around. So there is no one to help to find the room. Even that room was fully payed for, there was no chance to get into hotel not even thinking about getting to the room. Instead of ability to review this place future we where forced to return to airport and spend the night at the airport.

After we requested refund contacting hotel directly by email.  As reviewed our request the hotel staff rejected refund without any explanation. 

Service level leaves to wish the best. Only available language – Lithuanian. No actual interest shown upon guest arrival. Would wish that service level would be at least as in motel

    Most average hotel. Suitable just to spend not more than one night. Reception and service quality lower than it should be in any case. Personal is not able to communicate even in basic English. Only accepted language Lithuanian. Reception does not work over night and room will be left opened for your arrival. No service support at all. If you are up to some ruined night , this is the place to go.
